Our territory holds a history of authentic flavors and ancient peasant traditions. From the products of the earth to the symbolic dishes of Ligurian cuisine, every taste embodies the essence of the Riviera.

Among the many food and wine products that make this area unique, it is worth mentioning the extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca olives (our farm Tèra de Prie produces organic Monocultivar Taggiasca oil), the Beans of Conio, Pigna, and Badalucco, the Garlic of Vessalico, the artichoke of Perinaldo, and the characteristic “trombetta” (trumpet) zucchini.

Our wines also tell the story of the territory: among the DOC whites of the province, Vermentino and Pigato stand out, while Ormeasco and Rossese di Dolceacqua dominate among the reds. (You can also find them on the Hotel’s wine list.)

Tradition is also expressed through recipes that have made the history of the Riviera: farinata, sardenaira, stockfish, Ligurian-style rabbit, fresh fish, piscialandrea, torta verde (green pie), panissa, canestrelli di Taggia, cima, pesto, cubaite, condiglione, stuffed vegetables, and the famous Triora bread.
