Mountain Bike
The Gulf of Diano is a playground for outdoor sports lovers, especially MTB (freeride and cross country) and trekking, with over 100 km of trails and spectacular freeride/enduro tracks, such as the famous “Salto nel Blu”.
Near our Hotel, in just 20/40 minutes, you can also reach the trails of Finale Ligure, Sanremo, Colle di Nava, and Molini di Triora.
Road Bikes
The Gulf of Diano is also the starting point for road bike itineraries for every level, with altitudes touching 1400 meters just a few km from the sea.
We are also in the heart of the most exciting stretch of the Milan-Sanremo: the Gulf of Diano is enclosed between the famous Capo Cervo and Capo Berta. Following the Via Aurelia, you can reach the climbs of Cipressa and Poggio di Sanremo…

Bike Area
At Hotel La Marina, we provide an equipped workshop for small repairs within the hotel. Here you will also find our city bikes, available for a fee (€ 2.50 per hour), to discover the seven municipalities of the Gulf (San Bartolomeo al Mare, Diano Marina, Diano Castello, Diano San Pietro, Diano Arentino, Cervo, Villa Faraldi), nearby Imperia, and the Riviera dei Fiori.
